Compared to March 2005, there are 60% more homes on the market. The average value of these homes is down by 3.49%. Sales of single family homes were down 9% over that month the year before. What this shows is that there are more choices available to buyers, and that some people are likely still waiting to see what happens, but there were still 378 properties sold on Cape in March.
